Innovation

Existing benchmark models are either highly technical-functional or primarily oriented at economic and process aspects. Maturity unites these different approaches in a holistic consideration of the information technology in an enterprise, also focussing entirely on the issue of benchmarking. Maturity uses self-enhanced analysis models of the "second" generation (Benchmark 2.0). The analysis models established on the market - some of them more than thirty years old and largely standardised - do not consider all relevant questions. Maturity has therefore fundamentally revised these models in line with current customer needs.

Objectivity

Our clients' success is our success. We see ourselves as a reliable partner who is committed to the economic success of our clients. Their trust is both a commitment and an incentive for our performance. Our clients' individuality crucially influences project content and sequences. We are equally independent and objective consultants - we also provide additional consulting for requirements in the service spectrum close to benchmarking.

The focus of our IT benchmarking is not on cost minimisation at all cost, but to sensibly optimise the cost-benefit ratio taking into account all the economic and structural criteria that characterise a modern IT organisation. The most important capital for us is not only satisfied clients, but also qualified employees who work loyally, with an orientation towards targets and with motivation. On the basis of their experience, we systematically develop new analysis processes – adjusted dynamically to our clients' individual requirements.
